Refund Policy

For the protection of our customers, we will not resell items that are returned to us. We have no way of knowing how a bottle of vitamins was treated (excessive heat, seal tampered with, contents adulterated, etc.). Therefore, we can only accept returned items (which will not be resold) under three conditions:
  1. You received the wrong product due to an error on our part,
  2. The product was defective, or
  3. You had an allergic reaction to the product.
